What to need to be in your Pregnancy Bag..!
Robe/ sweater
Hospitals or whenever your birth may take lace may be a bit chilly and your body temperature could swing from hot to cold.
Maternity bras & underwear
You are not going to want to be wearing a tight thong or your favorite lace underwear-trust me. Be prepared for spotting, urinating when sneezing, and score breasts. Comfort is key.
Chapstick
The feeling of dry lips is irritating. Bring Chapstick just in case to keep those lips moist.
Phone charger
Pack an extra phone charger because everyone will be blowing up your phone wanting news, pictures, and making sure you are okay.
Comfy clothes
Comfort, comfort, comfort. After pushing a baby out of your hoo-ha, you’re going to need every bit of help to feel comfortable. Loose and soft clothing will be your best friend.
Pajamas
Cambodia loves pajamas because of the easy wear and cute patterns. Pack your favorite PJ’s to wear.
Blanket
An extra blanket is always a good to rest your head on, curl up in when cold, or wrap your newborn in.
Camera/camera charger
This is a moment you will want to cherish forever.
The essentials
Such as hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, face wash, makeup if desired, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, contact lens case and solution. The things you can’t go without.
Favorite music
Giving birth can be a stressful and painful process; bring your favorite music to calm your nerves and put you in a good mood.
Socks
Keep those shoes warm.
Snacks
Have some munchies to nibble on to quench any hunger (dried mango, peanuts, etc..).
Spare change just in case
In case you need to get a taxi or tuktuk home or have someone run to the store for something last minutes, it is good to have some small change on hand.
The baby’s outfits
They arrived! Have a cute little outfit ready for the pictures.
