Beer Cocktail

Watermelon is available throughout the year which makes it even more convenient besides the fact that watermelon is often a better choice in terms of sweetness and taste.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 small seedless watermelon

{4 cups watermelon juice plus watermelon for garnish}

• 4 bottles of Corona beer

• 1/2 cup cucumber vodka (or regular)

• 1 container frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed

METHOD:

First, cut the watermelon into pieces. {Reserve some watermelon if you’d like to use it as a garnish. Cut up small watermelon squares and place on skewers and freeze!} Transfer : the watermelon to a blender and 1 blend until it is liquid. Then, strain the blended watermelon over a bowl to catch the liquid. Repeat the process until you have 4 cups of watermelon juice. In a large pitcher combine all of the ingredients. If you would like to make this ahead of time, wait until you are ready to serve to pour in the Corona.

Serve with the frozen watermelon skewers. Enjoy!
