They’re perfect. Black used to be our go-to color for everything, bags, dresses, tops and…shoes. We’re seeing trendy celebrities; elite models and fashion conscious girls grab a pair to go with any- thing from cocktail dresses to red-carpet looks. With styles including everything from pumps and stilettos to booties and sandals being show- cased by the likes of Jimmy Choo(pretty much the authority on shoes) to Alexander McQueen and Yves Saint Laurant, the trend is indisputable. Perfect to mix and match with bold, bright colors as well as prints; white is taking this season by storm.
There is not much direction to be given when it comes to white shoes, they are the perfect companion to a trendy girl’s wardrobe and should be worn accordingly. Pair them with jeans, trousers, stripes, prints, checkered ensembles, skirts, cocktail dresses and everything in-between. The color is the easy part; the trick is in picking the right style for your outfit, so keep heels and courts for a sassier look; and flats, wedges, sandals and ballerina shoes for stylish street-wear.
