Ocean blues waves and sky blues are crashing the shore of summer 2016.  Get out your best blues or maybe it is the time to stock up to paint nails that match summer moods.

Blue is a unique choice for a professional woman.  Go against the mainstream of nude, French mani, or crimson and try blue.  The best way to still look classy and business-like is to “opt for a squoval shape on short or medium nails,” says New York City manicurist Jin Soon Choi.

Also take in mind your skin tone.  If you are graced with a darker pigment, than you should choose a lighter shade of blue, dark blue is not the color for you.  If you have a paler skin tone, then focus on a darker or deeper blue. Pastel baby blue will clash with fair skin.  Aim for a contrast of nail and skin for the optimal pop of summer.
